- When you visit this website, cookies collect information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit and the website that sent you here.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, and to send the quotes, samples, specification sheets or documents you ask for.
- To keep a record of our business contacts.
- To understand how visitors use the website and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Emails from us
We send business emails only where Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) allows it. Every email from us tells you how to stop receiving emails. If you reply “unsubscribe”, we will stop within 10 business days.

5. Who can see your information
Only JQ uses your information. We use service providers to run our website, email and customer records: HubSpot, Microsoft and Google. 6. How long we keep it
We keep business records for six years and then delete them.
